Daily Schedule of Activities
7:30- 8:30am FREESTYLE SESSION
8:45- 9:00am STRETCHING
9:00- 10:00am OFF-ICE TRAINING
10:15- 11:15am ON-ICE TRAINING
11:30- 12:30pm OFF-ICE TRAINING
12:30- 1:30pm LUNCH/PUBLIC SKATE
1:45- 2:30pm ON-ICE TRAINING
2:30- 3:30pm FREESTYLE SESSION
On-Ice Training: During each on ice training session. Skaters will focus on different areas of their skating: jumps, spins, footwork, extensions, power skating, showmanship skills, synchronized skating, ice dancing.
Off-Ice training: During each off ice class, skaters will focus on a different aspect of off-ice training that will help improve their on-ice skating and stamina; strength training, agility, Pilates, stretching and cardio.
Remember to Bring:
On-Ice Clothing – remember jackets, gloves etc.
Off-Ice Clothing – workout shoes, shorts or leggings and shirt.
Healthy Snack/Healthy Lunch
Yoga mat or towel
Important Camp Information
Campers should bring a healthy lunch each day. However, if preferred, pizza or hotdog meal can be purchased at snack bar.
Parents will need to sign a liability release waiver and medical form for their child by the first day of camp.
All participants must be signed in and out each day.
Parents are welcome to come and watch their children skate at anytime.
